Hey just would like to say very nice pictures, I would love to see more you have done. also where else have you dived? Me I live in the UK but have dived all over europe, Ice diving in russa, red sea to death, All of the Med, Africa, Maldives, phillipeans do not get out there much as it cost me a small fortune but is probably the best place to dive in the world.
Hey Terri. My husband and I will be celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary next year, and I'd like to start planning for a trip. I'm thinking maybe the Keys, but I'm not sure what the weather is like there in September. What do you suggest for a September 17th vacation? We will obviously want to do some diving. I'd like to consider some options. Let me know what you think. Thanks!
Thank you for appreciating Terri. It has been fortunate of me to bask in the company of responsible divers and various dive groups with the same advocacy. Here in the Philippines, we're seeing an ever-strengthening campaign to preserve the marine environment. Its amazing!
Although we are fazed with humungous socio-political and environmental problems, we're now seeing more people who are actually giving a damn, and rallying behind us. In our own ways, my dive group is trying to attack the problems from different angles, all at the same time. Its really a bank-breaker but our efforts are now paying off, way-faster than we envisioned possible. Next year, it would be town after town of cleanups, education on environmental protection, and reef building (not just conservation). Agencies and private companies are cashing in and participating in our projects, while some communities are booking us to help them help themselves.
You should see how we're doing some time.
I owe you some videos now, but i hope you could visit us and see personally how we are pushing for the changes.
By the way, we launched the "Say no to plastic bags" campaign yesterday too.
Cheers!
Yes, at first I thought the cages were completely enclosed, but then I saw the picture of the guy like hanging out of one side to take a picture. I was like, OMG!!! THE SHARK COULD GET IN THERE!! Wooo, my heart started beating faster just seeing it!!
I love this picture of yours. Is it on this site? If not, it should be. This is my all time favorite!
