i found a discontinued style ladies 5 mm wetsuit for $59.95 at divers supply, it's a sea elite Xflex if anyone is interested, i think they have some mens at this price as well...................FYI (good deal for a 5 mm)

I am diving Makaha Caverns at 7:30am Tuesday morning... Surf report says it is going to be flat to 1ft.  Anyone interested?

well i never made it to Boston and have plans to leave for Florida next friday....i was thinking of doing a hike on saturday or sunday morning....anyone interested? aiea loop or hawaii loa ridge, whatevers.............

...As divers, we are responsible for protecting the ocean we have come to so greatly admire. One of the most effective ways to do this is to collect marine debris that could not only make the sites we visit less enjoyable but also harm our aquatic friends.

On Sunday, July 24th we will be running a two tank clean up charter in association with Project AWARE. Both dives are planned to be drift dives at Portlock wall/Sea Cave where we will collect as much fishing line, lead and trash as we can. Everyone is encouraged to join us but each person will need a dive knife and a collection bag.

During this charter, lead by our very own Kevin Marks, you will learn more about the importance of eliminating marine debris, the prevention of littering and other ways you can help protect the amazing underwater world and its inhabitants. If you are not familiar with the Project AWARE movement, I highly urge you to visit Project AWARE's site for information about what can be done and what is being done to conserve our seas.

Plan to be with us from 2pm to 6pm, however, you may choose to stay longer to help sort and be social. :D

Dive 5-14-11 Shark Cove Conditions:

 

The weather was great, the surf was great, nice and easy. The visibility was good, but not great, about 25-30 ft.

Finally heading back to visit!  I will be visiting my new granddaughter :)  I am hoping to get 3 afternoon dives and one night dive in while I am there.
