Dive Strong!

Just saw the new movie The Cove with my wife and wanted to recommend it to everyone. It's a documentry exposing the machine like killing of 23,000 dolphins each year in a secret hidden cove located in Tajai, Japan. I've often thought sometimes the activists go too far with their protests, but after seeing this documentry I was truly shocked, disgusted and frankly pissed off that it's going on and the bold faced lies and corruption to cover it up.
Although the movie deals with a horrific subject it is filled with incredible footage of diving and peaceful interactions with dolphins, whales and other sealife. There is a very cool sequence with Mandy Rae Cruickshank a world record holder freediver.
Go see it for yourself and take your non diving friends also.
I'd love to hear what others thought of the movie also so please share your thoughts.

Cheers,
Rich

I've also seen some pictures where people in Copenhagen kill thousand of dolphins.

I have not seen the movie, but learned about it while watching the Oscars this past Sunday night. For those of you who did not watch the Oscars, The Cove won the award for Best Documentary. I would love to watch it, although I know I will have a hard time with some of the scenes. Where did you find it? Is it available at general movie rental stores? Thanks for the great info on the film!
